Reducing Adoption Fee
q At the June, 1920, session, Supreme Oracle Eva Child
was requested by the Executive Council to renew the
special dispensation setting aside the By-laws of the
Society, Royal Neighbors of America, relating to the
adoption of applicants applying for beneficial member-
ship in this Society and, therefore, the following dis-
pensation was granted:

“By virtue of the authority in me vested as Supreme
Oracle of the Royal Neighbors of America, a dis-
pensation is hereby granted to solicit and secure
applicants for membership at the reduced fee of
$1 for social applicants and $3.25 for beneficial
applicants, provided the local physician’s fee is $1
for examination. This dispensation to be in force
and effect dating from July 1, 1920, to July 1, 1921.”’
@q When a motion to this effect is regularly made,
adopted and spread upon the Camp records, it will not
be necessary for a Camp to secure a written dispensa-
tion from the Supreme Oracle.
