over one year of age and less than 17 years of age, may become members
of Juvenile Department.
A Juvenile reaching 17 years of age is transferred without another examina-
tion to the Junior Class of the Society for insurance in the amount of $500 or
$250, provided they are accepted for membership by vote of the Local Camp.
